Qualifications For The Role Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer in engineering industry (must have), preferably in an inhouse and agency setting. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or HR related fields. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and various stakeholders.
